Brooks Wine Pump goes BIG!

Now that March is upon us, it’s time for wine season and John Brooks has you covered for all your pumping needs.  We recently shipped a range of 3-inch Brooks Wine Pumps that have been sent out to one of our customers in the South Island.  These 3-inch pumps provide huge flow rates and the ability to pump a lot of wine.

The Brooks Wine Pump is used by small boutique wineries, through to large multinational brewing companies, and pump sizes can be customised to suit the desired flow rate. Depending on your application there are a variety of pump types to choose from including flexible impeller, centrifugal and rotary lobe pumps.

The advanced flow control cabinet provides automatic control of various tasks such as fluid transfer, juicing, barrel filling, bottling, and tank transfers, with the ability to control from a distance with the remote-control pendant.

Some of the accessories that can be added onto the BWP are floats to start and stop the pump automatically, run dry protection sensors to protect the pump, pressure transducer mode which controls the speed of the pump, and a flow meter which can tell exactly how much liquid has or is being pumped.
