John Brooks Fluid-Flo Pro is compatible with our existing Flexible Impellor, Centrifugal and Lobe Pump Trolleys.

The next generation in variable speed pump control. Utilizing modern technology to optimize pumping processes.

Colour Touch Screen
Now sporting a 7 inch colour touch screen. This provides a much better interface, and enhances user friendliness. Particularly useful for casual
workers with limited experience or training. This simplified interface allows quick staff learning, reducing user error, and ultimately benefits
winery operations.

Plug and play sensors
Plug and play sensors, such as run dry detection, flow meter, or pressure transducer can be connected and used simultaneously in various applications. Users can enable or disable the sensors from the HMI and configure the settings
to their needs. This allows for safety features like the pressure transducer always monitoring in the background to prevent hoses blowing, or running the pump dry.Flow meter functionality
The flow meter function has been simplified for various tasks and new features have been added.
Now when filling a tank, it allows for multiple pumps speeds to be applied to different stages of the tank filling. Eg pump at a slower speed for the first portion to reduce excess splashing. Then increase the speed to a higher preset speed for the bulk of the volume. Then finally reducing the speed again for the last portion, to gently top up the tank.

Wireless remote control
The all-new wireless bolt allows users to use their smart phone or tablet as a wireless remote.
Connect to the HMI using a VNC Viewer app, displaying the same interface on your device and enabling wireless control of the pump with the built in Wi-Fi or your onsite Wi-Fi.

Multiple pump options available

The Fluid-Flo Pro is a new addition to the range of variable speed pump controllers from John Brooks, and can be supplied with a range of hygienic pump types. From Centrifugal pumps for high volumes. Flexible impeller pumps for gentle pumping and versatility. Rotary lobe pump for high pressure & viscous applications. We can even supply the Fluid-Flo Pro pump controller in a variety of sizes to retrofit upgrade many other existing pumps.

Also available with custom build options to suit your application or pumping needs.
