The Dairy Flo Generation 3 software has been updated to be more responsive and faster making it give more snappier installation and readying values.

To provide the Dairy Farm Industry a selection of Models at different prices we are offering the following Milk Pump controllers:

• Dairy Flo G3I - Our Techtop E3 VSD using Invertek Drive Technology.
• Dairy Flo G3S - Our cost effective Techtop ES VSD using Techtop ES Series Drive technology.
• Dairy Flo Conversion Kit in either G3I or G3S Drive - comes with Mounting plate for easy installation into existing John Brooks Cabinets.This provides a cost effective way to update your VSD and controller whilst maintaining the existing Motor wiring, Float Sensor and Cabinet in your Plant.

We have also reduced the wiring to improve installation costs. The float is now wired directly to the main circuit board which reduces wiring mistakes and makes better reliable connections.
This milk pump controller technology has been developed exclusively by John Brooks.

• The Constant Flo technology strives to keep the flow of milk through the heat exchanger as low and as constant as possible, to enable the heat exchanger to extract the maximum amount of heat out of the milk before it is delivered to the vat. A lower milk delivery temperature results in running electricity cost savings from the refrigeration plant.
