Pressure Sensing Mode

Useful for pumping applications where we have the ability to control the pump by monitoring the output pressure from the pump. The pressure transducer manifold is fitted to the output of the pump.

Two operating modes within the Pressure Sensing Mode

1. Constant Flo mode uses the pressure transducer to start and stop the pump. The speed of the pump is constant and set by the user. The start and stop pressure set points are adjustable in the function list.
2. Constant Pressure mode uses the pressure transducer to start and stop the pump. However, the pump speed is determined by the difference in pressure between the pressure target (set by the user and adjustable in the function list), and the pressure in the line. Brooks Fluid-Flo will automatically increase or decrease the pump speed to maintain a constant pressure.
