Today we will be discussing the benefits of installing the automatic single-point lubricator. The Automatic Single Point Lubricator is an alternative to manual greasing, as it will supply grease or oil continuously to the bearing and not just when the person greasing decides it is time to grease.
The Greaseomatic is suitable for Roller and Plain Bearings, Slides, Linear Guides, Spindles and Lead screws.
Operating temperature ranges from -40 for Food grade to 300 degrees Celsius for high temperatures.

The Greasomatic contains 120mls of lubricant and discharges its contents in precise volume and even continuous flow.
By rotating the black control knob on top of the actuator to the desired discharge monthly rate against the arrow on the case, you can set between 1 to 12 months, and is variable based on the ambient temperature. then press the red button that locks in the time discharge rate.
To activate, twist the black knob 10 times to ensure the galvanic element is released into the electrolyte. To ensure it is released a rattle should be heard when it is shaken.
An integrated pressure relief valve that provides a visual indication of blockage in the grease line or of suspended lubrication.
